Today its features restored medieval furnishings, including a limestone hooded fireplace and oak musicians' gallery. Visitors are able to take guided tours around the hall which last for approximately 40 minutes.

There is also a tribute to Irish coffee in the museum, invented in Foynes in 1942 to warm up cold and miserable passengers.

The most famous pieces contained in the museum are the Antrim Cross, a 9th century bronze and enamel cross, a small sketching by Picasso and a bronze horse designed by Leonardo da Vinci.
